“I appreciate the friendly receptionist and quick service. A year or so ago, I fell with my arm outstretched. I was sure I needed shoulder surgery as I had surgery on the other for similar symptoms. I went to have my back adjusted and mentioned my shoulder. Paraphrasing, the doctor, “maybe you do need surgery but I’ll be able to tell if there’s something I can do.” He felt my shoulder, moved it a bit, and a few seconds later, it was adjusted and the pain was gone. Grateful to an associate who recommended him.”

“Dr. Tsai is a very caring doctor and has never treated me like just another patient (some just want to hurry and finish with you and get on to the next). He takes the time to answer any questions I may have but he also isn't one with a big ego who claims to know everything. Sometimes that runs him a bit behind time-wise but he has also come in early for something I needed. He is patient with my son who has a disability. His office is close enough to the Buffalo Campus of Opportunity Village so I can get my son to his appointment and back to work easily. The is friendly, good and, unlike some, do return phone calls. I have been seeing him for about years and, obviously, think highly of him.”

“This was the first time I ever gave plasma, and honestly I was scared, but they all made me feel welcomed and explained the process. It took several hours because they were so busy after Christmas. The facility was very clean and the employees professional. You can tell they are like a family there and they have good relationships with the regulars. The gentleman named Angel was an Angel. He is awesome at his job and knows what he’s doing. He was gentle and got the vein first try much to my relief after hearing horror stories about the Tropicana location, lol. I was honestly shocked how little pain there was. Everyone made the whole experience easy and overall as pleasant as it could be. To the young manager, the young blonde lady, Eddie, and Angel, thank you!”

“I was staying at the Luxor when my toe turned dark purple with yellow pus coming out from under the toenail. I googled to find a Podiatrist close to the strip and found Dr Louk is right on the strip and will come to my hotel. I was afraid I had waited too long to have this looked at, but Dr Louk assured me that he's seen much worse and this was an easy fix. Dr Louk brought everything with him: sterile instruments, antibiotic pills, ice pack, and gauze and self adhesive wrap for tomorrow. Dr Louk told me to keep the foot elevated for one hour, but as soon as he left I went back down to the black jack table. I never did have any pain.”

“It's clean. The machines are for residents only. The 20 yard pool is for anyone and has been open 24/7. It's also clean--I've only ever found one frog in the skimmer. It has one lane line that reduces the waves if it's taut, but no markings on the floor to let you know you're approaching the wall. It's heated to 86 deg F (30 deg C) year round, which suits the fat, old ladies with pool noodles, floppy hats and too much foundation as well as skinny kids who have no body fat. Lap swimmers who normally swim a regular 25 yard/meter pool might get warm, sweat a bunch and leave thirsty! The hot tub is nice. The shower works well for rinsing off the pool chemicals. Receptionists at the desk inside are polite.”
