“Took my daughter (12yr old) to an urgent care provider to have a very painful ingrown toenail removed. The provider (don't know if she was a nurse practitioner or an actual doctor) had to shoot the toe about 5 times while my daughter was clinging to me and crying, scared out of her wits because she could still feel it. The provider showed me the nail that had grown under the skin so I thought the whole ordeal was finished until a few months later when my daughter's toe was right back where we started. My husband took her this time because I was completely unnerved by the first experience. He said that she was completely calm with Dr. Cohen and didn't even know the procedure was completed until he told her so! She said that she was so happy with him!”
