“The midwives and staff at Baby’s First Day are exceptional at what they do, and I could not be more grateful for their practice and my experience with each of them. This is how birth should be. At Baby’s First Day, they truly care about what is best for birthing people and babies—and it shows. They will never do anything to you or for you without your consent, they will support your wishes, and they won’t use scare tactics. They will also teach you how to educate yourself and navigate interventions so you are prepared and confident in the choices you make for your body and baby. They made me feel safe, informed, empowered, and unexpectedly passionate throughout my pregnancy, birth, and now postpartum. For my own reasons, it is difficult for me to trust in the care of doctors/hospitals. At Baby’s First Day, I was easily and immediately able to trust in all of their knowledge and support. They have become some of my favorite people ever just by being themselves and doing what they do! Their low percentages of transfer and cesareans are impressive, but they would also never ignore anything that would put you or baby at risk to keep those % rates low (like some hospitals do). And they would never do what’s quicker or more convenient for them (like some hospitals do). I will recommend their practice to every birthing person I know. What they do is so important and essential for the community, and I’m thrilled that Southern Nevada has this incredible option. I was hesitant about starting, but the entire staff is extremely welcoming. Adam was my physical therapist and he was absolutely fantastic! Unlike a lot of providers, Adam actually cares for his patients and loves his job. Either at the front desk or back in the gym you'll meet Garrick, Lexi, and Angie, who are also just as amazing and have a true passion for their career. It's bitter sweet to leave because you build a bond with everyone, but physical therapy is only temporary. Best choice for physical therapy! Thank you for fixing me!”

“**Update- my hearing aid had fallen out during the procedure and the amazing staff were kind enough to look for and find it for me. They notified me promptly and gave me the option of mailing since I live so far out of town. Just wow! Amazing people at The Center!! This was the best experience I've had with this kind of situation. Usually not a fan of doctors offices or having procedures but this was different. Everyone I encountered was so nice and the offices were clean, nicely decorated, and efficient. Doctor Carlos is a very kind and special human with a fun personality and a caring touch. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 34 years old and my healing is going so smoothly. Would highly recommend Dr Carlos and staff to everyone and would definitely return if needed in the future.
