“Called advanced gas fireplace repair and got an appt for the following day. Unlike Joel’s fireplace repair this guy actually showed up and on time . Charlie was very professional and he had to take our fireplace completely apart to figure out the problem but he did. After he replaced a part and put our fireplace back together he added his own touch and put embers and sand in it to make it look 100 times better. We didn’t ask for this and he didn’t charge us this is just something he did knowing it would improve the aesthetic‘s of the fireplace and boy did it ever. “The work was done quickly and done WELL. If you have a Third Gen Camaro their welder is the guy to talk to for exhaust. They wound up having to change my catalytic converter (they made sure to get my approval first, which is more than I can say for some other shops I’ve been to) and were happy to show me the old one, which was definitely done for. I’m very selective with who I take my vehicles to and I’ll definitely be coming back for more exhaust work! All the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly it sounds like a muscle car again!”

I’m giving it 4 stars because of them. -1 star because the rates kept going up and i finally decided to just let the unit go. I thought that i’ve been there for a while and they take care of tenants as far as prices, but idk, maybe it’s their policy to raise prices and force tenants to move out due to the rent going higher every few months or so.”
