“Drill, fill, and bill is the M.O. of a lot of dentists, it seems, at least over the past several years. With that, I went from a child/teen/young adult who used to love going to the dentist twice per year with my impeccable dental hygiene, being able to receive an excellent cleaning and words of affirmation to 'keep up the good work!' to an adult who was uncertain whether I would hear more of the above, or that I had developed multiple cavities all of a sudden - with my dental hygiene and diet improving even more since adulthood, oddly. In any case, with a few relocations, I have received dental care in NV, WA, and OR over the past 6 years. Some dentists have been better than others, regarding chair side manner as well as apparent honesty. I finally found a true gem of a dentist in Kennewick, WA at the end of 2018, but moved back to Las Vegas soon after. Since, I have had the unfortunate experience of going to two offices near Healthy Smiles with lackluster care and cocky dentists being the norm Fast forward to now. I had found Healthy Smiles on my dental insurance website as a covered provider last month and took the plunge. I called to make my appointment, was extremely pleasantly surprised that one Saturday per month was offered for patient convenience, and I provided my information. Today, as I pulled in to the business complex where Healthy Smiles is located, I could not help but notice how quiet, quaint, and clean it was. Walking into the office for my X-rays/Cleaning/Exam, I was greeted by Elaine. She was extremely polite, took my temperature and had me fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire. Whilst filling it out, she kindly told me how pretty my hair was! Wow, thank you for that kind compliment!! It put a huge smile on my face. I then sat down for just a couple minutes before being called back. Nicole was my dental hygienist and was sweet, a good conversationalist, and very knowledgeable! I had several questions throughout my cleaning and she was detailed in answering all of them. She was also gentle, while still doing an AWESOME job on my cleaning. My mouth felt great when she was finished with her final polishing! Additionally, Nicole was complimentary regarding my dental hygiene and tooth health and, being a millennial, I do love receiving 'gold stars'!!! Soon after she completed, I had the fortune to meet Dr Kuranko. A nice chair side manner, I could see his smiling eyes when we began talking! He was genuine, thorough, and took a detailed look at both my X-rays and my mouth. The verdict? NO CAVITIES! I valued my time spent at Healthy Smiles today, having been treated like a treasured patient. Here is my promise: even if I move out of town again, I WILL come back biannually to have my teeth cleaned by this amazing team. Thank you, Dr Kuranko, Nicole, and Elaine!!”

First why five stars, I was given directions to contact a central office, wait time was under a minute. They were on top the situation and sent all the paperwork, I no need to call them again, they stayed on the line until problem was resolved. Then asked if I needed anything else, no selling, no anything, removed the issue.”

“So this Sonic has been around since I was a kid. The last few years the place has seriously gone down. Super rude people over the mic and short with responses. They seem to be irritated when we come. There are a few good people here that make up for it. The food is amazing. Their drinks are very well priced. I always get the route 44 ice tea not sweetened. The blizzards are good but only if they actually mix it. Many times the top is mixed and the bottom isn’t which can be disappointing. Overall I still think this place is great just need to work on rude people. The food 3/4 of the time is good. Other times it’s been made wrong or is cold. There’s only one easy way to get into this place which is shown in the video otherwise you do need to U-turn.”

“NC Rv Solutions worked on my camper 7-8 years ago, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He worked on our roof-top AC and ran into an unexpected problem due to the camper sitting in salty air at the beach for several years. A simple fan blade replacement turned into a much larger issue. But he tested and adjusted on that thing until it was running like a champ!!! I'll be bringing a new (to me) camper to Lake Royale in a few weeks, and he'll be the first person I call to come look it over and see if there are any maintenance issues that need to be taken care of! Great company to do business with!”
