I represented many Buyers that purchased homes listed by this company over the span of a decade in real estate. This company is easily the most ethical and straight up REO brokerage you will find here in Vegas. They don't even have in house agents. They only work for the bank, they have zero conflict of interest. You never submit an offer that is competing with an in house agents' offer, that's huge. Sometimes the asset managers that make the decisions are pretty stupid, yes, and they actually create tons of extra work for everyone, including this company, but that happens to all REO listing agents. I've met the owner and got to know him over the years. The guy busts his hump to do things properly and be nice to families they have to evict so it bugged me to see these comments, they are nonsense.”

“Having moved to Las Vegas at the end of February, I discovered that my Air Conditioner was no longer working. Being a retired auto Mechanic myself, I needed to find a shop that I could trust to do a quality job since I do not usually let anyone touch my truck except myself, and also I don't personally own the required equipment to do proper servicing of air conditioners. I found Busy Buggy 2 on Yelp and was surprised to see all of the positive reviews they had received, and they also happened to be right down the street from me. Eddie and the team did an excellent job of diagnosing where the leaks were, and were able to complete the job for half what the dealer wanted. They communicated very well and I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch!”

Love that they have an anime selection as well because I'm a huge fan. Going tomorrow again because they let me know they found old issues I was looking for.
