“I had a wonderful, fast and pleasant first visit at this branch. I have had multiple issues with the call center regarding making a payment more than the minimum on my account using a different bank debit card. Every time I called they would tell me I'm "not allowed to make more than $50 more than my minimum payment" which is totally illegal btw. Anywho, each time the teller would assure me a debit card or new pin number was on the way. Never received them or if we did, it was 3 weeks later. So I decided to go into the branch to set up a pin number as advised by the last supervisor I spoke with at the call center. Javi was very understanding and polite. The best part was that he was very fast and efficient with cross selling but trying to OVER sell me. I was a total of 4 minutes in the branch and had my account unlocked and a new pin issued and a full understanding of how to set up my online access. I will also set up direct deposit to avoid the service fee over the phone. Thank you Javi!! He set a great example of what a model employee should be for the company!”

“Super happy!! I was really struggling with severe menopause symptoms. Terrible hot flashes and night sweats. Over the counter stuff worked for a bit but eventually stopped working. My Dr said there’s really nothing he could do for me. For 3 more years I slowly isolated myself to keep people from knowing how bad it was. I was angry and resentful for no reason. I ended up very depressed which is the opposite of who I am. I gained a bunch of weight no matter how hard I worked out and how little I ate. My husband found iuventus on line so I made an appointment. I loved the Dr right away. He was no nonsense and seemed to really want to help me. He did bloodwork and come to find out I didn’t have many hormones . My testosterone was supposed to be 200-300, mine was 27. Estrogen was supposed to be 75-100, mine was 14. Progesterone was supposed to be 10-30, I didn’t even have 1! Mine was .21. So a couple prescriptions and weekly shots and I’m back to myself within 2 months. I’m my old happy self again and I’m losing weight. He basically saved my life. I don’t know why Dr offices don’t take care of these serious issues but thank God for iUventus!! Can’t recommend them enough .”
