When I first started here it wasn't to friendly, then corp came in and made changes and now the staff and residents are much happier. Sure every place has its issues but we are in the process of making this building a 5 star. When you come in the staff greets you and you see the residents smiling and getting around in there power chairs. The new management listens to what we have to say and interacts with the residents. Please don't judge us by the past we the new managers are the future of this company and are making it where you want to come to work. We are all here as a Team and it shows.
