(November 5, 2017, 9:26 pm)Recently changed my diet and workout habit a few months ago, I wasn't seeing the results I expected so my friend suggested total nutrition we both were greeted promptly by David. For him being the only one running the show he rocked it!!! We went in just looking for some quick supplement to satisfy our desires and left way more knowledgeable about our body fat percentages, beginners meal plan and all the right supplements to get us on the right track. David was amazing!!!!! Definitely recommend checking the place out.
