“I hired drop shade to install shades on two very large windows at my house. I had some issues with the shades flexing and hitting my house. At first I thought it was a design flaw and later found out it was an extra frame I have on my window that was not supposed to be there in the first place. Drop shade came out and removed the shade so I can have the extra frame removed and then they are coming back to put the shade back up. At first I was upset and now I am satisfied with how drop shade went above and beyond in helping me 6 months after the shades were installed.upon acceptable solution.”

As soon as I contacted them, they started two new ones and engraved them/shipped them at no charge.
