Carlos is my Patient Care Coordinator. He is patient and listens. I tend to go on and on and he listened without interrupting.
I truly appreciate that.
Carlos informed me about my medication, the pre-authorization request he was submitting. He also took the time to explain what I could do on my end.

Very helpful and reasonable. I have never had a pharmacist go to bat for me the way they did I had such a difficult time getting my very expensive migraine medication squared away and they did whatever they could and delivered it, too!

Tango Pharmacy was not only able to get me the medication that my local drug store pharmacy wouldn't, but they also worked with me on an appeal to get my insurance company to cover it. They were saviors when I needed one. I'll definitely return and I really recommend trying them, especially if you need uncommon medications.

I walked in with my prescription and had my medication in hands within 5 minutes. The technician and pharmacist were very welcoming and worked with me to resolve my insurance issues. Very good customer service!
