“Amazing customer service. I was referred by a different shop who said my rim couldn't be fixed by them and I would probably have to order a new one. He referred me to Hub cap Annie. I called and David said we close in 30 minutes where are you? I was 20 minutes away and was supposed to leave town in the morning... we talked of ordering a rim but it wouldn't be here for a few days. He could tell I was stressed, he offered a rim that would work but its not the same as the set I have on my car. David then said you can get here in 18 minutes come down! He said I did a great job on this one! Jokingly. He stayed after business hours to hammer out my rim, that ended up looking like new, and he was friendly the entire time. My father was a mechanic and I know that the extra hour of his time and shop time should have ended up in a good size bill. I was shocked to see what he charged me and said no it should be more....he said don't worry about it.. just drive safe and get home safely. Thank you so much! “VERY SAFE, fast, professional, and convenient. This place gave the best oil change experience I've ever had. Safety protocols were in place, and everything was done right in front of me with an explanation. They charge more than many places, but because of how it's done, I felt it was worth the premium. You may dislike this right now because you have to wait in the car, and it's summer time. Still, the whole thing took less than 15 minutes, from pulling up to driving off.”
