I would give 10** stars. They fixed my vehicle in the same day, 3-4 hours; nice little Mexican restaurant to wait in next door. The mechanics were friendly and pretty awesome; they didn't mind me watching how they bled the coolant out, which was very informative! My car was running hot and had no heat yesterday. “I am so impressed with my new windows. My car was stolen and they broke 5 of the windows. I only had liability insurance. So I was responsible for paying the cost of repairs. Safelight quoted me $1700. I cried, I knew I couldn't afford it. I started calling around. I called and was quoted $600. I thought for sure that was wrong, so I went there. At first I almost left because it looks a bit dingy, and I was intimated, but I'm so thankful I stayed. My car has windows again. Gio was so kind and respectful. Don't worry about appearances of the building, their work is A++++. I would recommend to anyone. Don't waste money anywhere else. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you guys so much.”

“For several days, we were trying to solve an electrical problem between our caravan and the car. After a few tries from different places without success, I stopped at 24/7 MotorCoach Center to ask for their help. Despite the smallness of our trailer we were welcomed to this place like never before we were. And it was when we brought our tiny trailer into this huge Alibaba cave warehouse of all-important vehicles that I realized that at 24/7 MotorCoach Center There are no more important customers than others. And, they found the problem and we left delighted with the service we got there. That's why I take the trouble tonight to write this review to thank these people and highly recommend them. ____________________________________ Depuis plusieurs jours, nous cherchions à régler un problème électrique entre notre roulotte et l'auto. “The customer service here is top notch. We have bought 5 engines and miscellaneous smaller parts over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the items. They have even gone so far as to re order an engine that didn't meet their requirements to resell without us even having to get involved. Most parts places you will have to take the bad engine then show what is wrong before they will order you a new one. Not B&R, they saw the problem and reordered before we even saw it. It took a few extra weeks, but we didn't have to put a bad engine in and then figure out it was a bad engine and then take it out and THEN take it back for a reorder. Just truly top notch service here.”

“When it comes to car mechanics, I know I have to change the oil every 5,000 miles and rotate the tires too. 🚗 I know nothing about internal combustion engines. So that's why I take my vehicles to Ted Wiens. 🚙 I discovered them when I wanted to put nitrogen in my tires to help weather the hot Las Vegas summers. 🌡️ At the time they were one of the few places ✨that could do that. Now they do everything on my car because they are much more cost-effective than the dealers. (I have both a Ford and a Honda.) I book an appointment. I know how long I'm going to be there before I go. I typically wait. I love the fact they have a "desk" area with FREE wi-fi. I can bring my laptop and get to work. 🪑 But if I want to read, I love the super comfy leather armchairs. 💺 Either option makes the wait go fast. I have found they have competitive prices on all the tires I have purchased, including the new snow-rated all-terrain tires I am getting in these photos so I can drive up to Aspen 🏔️ in the snow to check out my rentals. I get all my oil changes and routine maintenance (60k for instance) here. The mechanics seem knowledgeable. All are ASE rated. I have never had a problem with their work on anything. ✅ The front desk people could work on the Strip. They are charming, personable ... and know cars. They have great bedside manner because if you have an older vehicle--I buy mine new and drive them until a cylinder burns in the engine or the transmission starts slipping--they often have bad news. 😪 I feel they are honest and wouldn't cheat me. This is important since I know nothing about cars! Hey, I had a baby before I had a driver's license since I grew up in Chicago and then lived in Manhattan. I was a subway girl! 🚇 This store is bigger than my old haunt on Eastern. But the service is stellar at both.”
