“Awesome customer service. I took my Highlander in last year (2018) around June for an AC tuneup and oil change. Everything seem fine. Fast forward to today March 2019. My husband was about to change the oil in my car. When he went to remove the oil drain plug, the bolt just slipped right off, turns out the bolt was stripped of its threading. On top of that the oil filter wasn't installed correctly so oil was slowly leaking out and all over the engine. My husband called Meineke and talked to the manager Robert there and explained to him what he found. The manager apologized, sent out a tow truck, picked up my car, took it back to the shop to check it out. After the inspection, they agreed it was a their mistake and replaced the pan with a new one, and did a new oil change, ALL ON THE HOUSE. I applaud them for the amazing customer service. They took responsibility for their action and fixed it. 5 stars!!!”

“I have a 2004 Yukon Denali that I purchased new in 2004. It is my pride and joy and I have taken excellent care of vehicle. My transmission went out after 130k miles on truck about week ago. I brought to GMC Dealership and they quoted me 4600 dollars to replace it and some stated some other items (hoses, seals, etc) needed to be replaced. I was shocked at the price. I found Bob's Transmission online and called him. He picked up IMMEDIATELTY and w/in 1 hour had quoted me ALL COSTS for everything and was 1400 DOLLARS CHEAPER!!! This is a 3 year/100k warranty on the transmission - BOB is the best. I will use Bob for everything! He is truly the best out there and a really great, honest guy! Thank you BOB!!”
