“We were referred to Desert Cardiology shortly after arriving in Henderson in 2008. Our experience has always been positive. Yes, we do wait to see the doctor at times but have not visited many medical offices where you don't wait. In December of 2017 Tom had two stints put in and we have nothing but praise for the way they have taken of him. Just 2 weeks ago I had a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. Becky and Tom Barker”

They are not pushy but give the best advice for what needs to be done for your teeth and this is the first time the dentist or the staff reach out and check on you several times after a procedure. The whole staff is very competent in each role they play, but are welcoming enough to encourage the best communication for optimal care. If a problem occurs I feel like I can count on them, and they have come thru each time with a speedy response and are always willing to take an extra minute to check for anything that could be a possible complication.
