“Ordered the 5.5” running super Mario cutter/impressions. The cutter works FANTASTIC. The only improvements I would like the seller to make is that the cutter come with a template of some sort labeling what each piece is. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out what pieces went where. There are so many pieces to that cutter that I would have thought that it did come with a template or something. But overall great cutter! I have been ordering from them for quite sometime now and have never had a bad experience! Highly recommended!”

Not pushy or "salesy". They were just trying to guide us and educate us in the bed world. We ended up ordering a box spring that night. Could we have went out and price shopped, compared, done price-matching negotiation? Sure. We didn't need to. Ordered the box spring, came in a couple days later, and we picked it up in perfect condition. Highly recommend shopping for a mattress, etc. there. You won't regret it!”

Had to use their self serve color copier there and it was so slow and had difficulty accepting payment, so that was annoying. That aside, my experience there was great.”

“A friend of mine took me to Kirkland's and I have been hooked ever since. I love the holiday decor and the scent sachets, I buy at least three everytime I go, you can put them anywhere and they last a while. One thing I will say is ordering online for store pick up is a great idea however it took a few weeks for my order to arrive, and when I finally received the email that my order was ready for pickup it wasn't actually there and no one could seem to find it in the system. When it finally arrived it was broken and I had to wait for them to resend a new one. I suppose this is a risk for all online ordering but it was overall a frustrating experience. If you don't mind the wait, online ordering is for you. If not I would recommend going into the store and shopping, the staff is super friendly and they have great items at great prices.”
