We found this home from word of mouth from staff of the assisted living. Prior to this, my family and I had no idea group homes existed. What a surprise to see the personal care given to my mother and other residents. The staff kept my mother clean and happy until her last days. “This emergency vet experience was fast, efficient, and reasonably-priced. We drove from another side of town because they sounded on the phone like attentive, capable, intelligent professionals. When we arrived, that assessment was proven accurate. Communication was clear, all phases of the operation meshed smoothly, and pets were provided good medical care. They took our sick cat (with a urinary blockage), fixed him up without ruining our finances, and they did it with a smile. The vet himself spoke on the phone like a confident champion of furry babies, and although we never met him, we felt he genuinely put forth concentrated effort and possessed definite skill in his chosen field. Why did we drive so far and take a chance on this clinic? Because not all late-night vets are created equal. We tried others and were shocked at the disappointing result. By contrast, this team works together, listens to the client, and respects the patient. They did their job, saved our butts, and will have my support in the future.”
