“I stayed here two weeks because I unknowingly arrived with COVID and I quarantined in my room. The GM and staff, Alexandria, were great in responding to my requests for a daily change of linen and fresh towels. The GM even offered water but I only drink Eternal brand Alkaline water, which I ordered. This is a newer hotel at the end of the Strip and a mile or so to the Airport. I chose this hotel because its 100% smoke free. The serve breakfast daily from 6am until 9 or 10am and coffee is in the lobby 24/7. They have a beautiful private pool area out back. However, my room was not clean when I checked in. Someone had changed the linen and put only a fitted sheet on the bed. There were no towels in the room. The floor was dirty and the furniture was dusty. I sanitized everything anyways but I reported the room's status to the front desk. I know every hotel is having housekeeping shortage issues but this hotel had a lot of housekeeping but not good housekeepers (many young males cleaning), they need to be properly trained. I was in that room with COVID and I bleached the room daily and at check out but I told the assigned housekeeper that the room should be sanitized and he looked at me as if to say, that's not going to happen. I pray no one who has stayed in room 316 after me was subject to any possible germs. I was there the first two weeks of October. Thank you to the staff who did their jobs well.”

“Very interesting place with wonderful cuisine, desk attendants on the hotel section need more training on customer service relationships. Manner of approach and good smiles is an unbeatable sales mechanism. I had a beautiful 5 hrs experience, good restaurants menu that is cost effective, fast and totally enjoyable. A visit to this wonderful place will leave you craving for more. It sits in the middle of great sights in the heat of Las Vegas an ample parking area that is within the close proximity of the rooms. The kitchen is a little of on the other side of the hotel with casinos and other interesting features. It's a twenty four hours nonstop service with a good workforce. I have always thought Las Vegas to be an expensive trip, but a stop at the Ellis island 🏝 erased that mentality. I didn't play in the casino though so I might not say about that, but the hotel and food will leave an incredible taste in your mouth. There should be a refund of the money paid as a security deposit and after few about a week I haven't yet received my refund I do plan to speak to the customer service if it exceeds a known time”

I would like to note that They have gotten rid of all of the run down mobile homes and replace most of them with brand new single or double wide ones. Makes the park look cleaner. Can not say much for their handy man though hard to get ahold of and a bit gruff at times but he seems to get the job done Most of the time! But i write this and have only lived here for 2 months now so we shale see if this review needs updated in the future or not?”

“Overall really enjoyed this resort. I did a ton of research before booking and I recommend you do the same to make sure it will be a good fit. To me, this resort felt very family friendly. The pool is heated and has a sand bar entry, which my son liked. The arcade was a hit and we all had fun there. Kid Quest is available for some child-free time, but we didn’t partake this trip. My husband and I appreciated that you could literally just stay at this resort and be completely satisfied. A shopping district is a walk-across-the-street if you fancy that. Because we visited in the off-season, not many things were open (like the pool bar and gift shop), so we look forward to visiting again during peak season that way we can experience everything the resort has to offer. Parking was a little confusing at first, but isn’t that typical of all big resorts?! If you choose valet there’s nothing to worry about, but if you want to park yourself, head towards the 215 Garage. We thought customer service was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s not Four Seasons, but it’s nice for what you pay. Yes, bits and pieces are outdated or could use a paint touch up, but overall we were very pleased with our stay here. Highly recommend, especially for families.”

“This is a nice, clean, and we'll run hotel in north Las Vegas that is also a good value. I was a little reluctant to book it because it is in a fairly industrial area. That aside, every thing about it was nicely done and we'll cared for. The front desk was efficient and accommodating. No highway or airplane noise. Could not hear any hallway or room noise. A good night's sleep at a reasonable cost. This hotel has EV charging stations. Restaurants in the area. It is a little difficult to find the right driveway but has a back entrance of the busier road. My only criticism would be the breakfast was a little weak. I can live with that.”
