“STOP STOP STOP!!!! As of approximately August 2018, MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED, PROPERTY SOLD!!! It's only been a few weeks, I can't determine how well they're doing yet. The things that has changed are, the grounds aren't as clean and the office closes on Sundays now. The positve change is the pool is now 24 hrs. Derrick is the new Manager, he's been attentive and personable. We'll see what happens, I'll give them a chance! 01/03/19 Update This complex has gone from the best, AMC management, to the worst Greystar management. Derrick the manager, I mentioned previously, is no longer here, and the pool is no longer 24hrs! They don't answer the phones, the grounds are unclean, the gate is often broken, we have dumpster divers consistently. Greystar management hired security, starting at 7pm daily, then security would appear spartically!!! Many tenants are saying management won't replace repeatedly broken appliances, just make repairs. When using the rent portal, the amount due is never accurate. This Complex was previously managed perfectly, when my lease expires, if I don't see any changes, I will move out! P.S. The management response below is from the previous owners. Remember Greystar management started August 2018, most good reviews/responses are from the previous owners.”

“Had to call my HOA today to complain about the butchering of the plants. I was furious about what was being done. Spoke to an Amy and she spent about 5 minutes explaining why certain plants are cut back every year. Made me feel so much better that the cutting back was on purpose and not just bad landscapers!”

“ive lived here for two years and I loved it for the most part, I had no problems all the ladies in the office where understanding and helpful Avery park and the Sanctuary ( D , Brook etc) cant remember everyone's name. maintenance took a while for non emergency things like a door repair which was understanding, but for urgent things like my AC not working they responded quickly. the only reason I moved out was because it became a little too pricey for me, if you can afford it I would recommend.”
