“Have lived here 4 months so far, most all issues I have had were quickly and efficiently addressed. The only real problem I have had is office hours. They are posted as 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday, however reaching anyone on the office phone is almost impossible. Several times I have gone to the office during normal business hours to put money on my laundry card, only to find out that the office was locked with no indication as to when it would be unlocked. Most recently, last week, I went to put money on the card, front office door was locked, but when walked back to my apartment, noticed back door was open slightly. I walked in and said "hello?" and immediately, the lady whose office is right next to the front door where I was just knocking, came out. Weird, why was the front door locked at 1pm then? Please fix office issues, should be able to reach them during normal hours. Maintenance is fabulous, security on complex is as well.”
