“This is one of the nicest Police Department's I've ever seen , very very clean. It seems to be a well-oiled machine, there are multiple buildings for different services. Check out the pictures , all of these are public places, obviously I can't and won't post stuff I'm not supposed to, videos to follow and I'll change the review in a little while. I'm here to file a report about my bike being stolen from the front Hotel California November 17th approximately 5 p.m. right from the front door, it should all be on camera and I'm here to see if they can pull the footage , and catch the perpetrator. Because the next thing you know this person will rob a tourist, or knock granny over the head for her purse. It's our responsibilities as Citizens to report crimes like this. If it wasn’t for this new team, especially the office manager, they would have gotten a zero...The new office manager is awesome and gets four stars from me... They hired her for reason. She is friendly, respectful, patient and kind. She’s also very helpful and will make your experience with this company a very good one. Oh and the doctors are great; they offer really good prices on braces.”

“I’m not a patient here, but felt this office needs to be recognized for their excellent customer service! I called their office by accident, dialing 1 number off from the doctor’s office I was trying to reach. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, courteous, professional and obviously compassionate, because she gave me all of the correct contact info. needed for the clinic I was trying to reach. She even had the info. for each location and the fax number! When I asked how she knew all of that, she told me they get misdialed quite often for that clinic, so she keeps all of their info. at her desk to be able to steer someone in the right direction. Rather than be irritated by the incorrect calls or simply stating “wrong number” and sending the person on their way, she’s chosen to help. That to me, is excellent patient care and going above and beyond to help those not even going to their practice!”
