  Hands down the best gym I have ever worked out at. I’ve never had more fun getting a killer workout. Not only do the coaches mix it up for every session, they work with you to help dial in your form and keep you motivated. The place is always spotless and my kiddo loves their childcare. It’s win, win, win all around at Swët!

  I started with the Swet Fitness Burn 4 week program and then continued with virtual classes after noticing how much it helped my mental state and physical strength. I love how inspiring and supportive the instructors and Swet family are and how they have become an integral part of my day. I am not much of a "gym" person but I feel right at home at this one where community comes first.

  I did the 4-week BÜRN that was offered during quarantine. It was amazing!! The exercises were easy to do from home and the short videos were a great reference. I got a great sweat each time and could always feel the burn in my muscles. After 4 weeks (without changing my diet) I’m down 11 lbs!! Can’t wait to continue these virtual classes!

  I absolutely love this gym. I've gone from being an occasional gym-goer with no real motivation to someone who looks forward to class. The trainers are fantastic, motivating and push you in a friendly way that makes you want to excel and push yourself. The atmosphere is friendly, fun, and everyone is very welcoming. Having childcare is key and they staff is great. My little guys look forward to going as much as I do!

  I enjoy Swët so much! The location is extremely convenient for me. The owner is always so welcoming. The coaches are encouraging and helpful, never ‘over the top’ or intimidating which was a fear of mine going to a new gym. I love that the workouts are just under an hour, and they change everyday. They have some of the best & cleanest equipment and the facility is fresh and clean. Bonus is the free childcare, it is so reassuring to be able to see your kiddos through the big windows (and they can see you-more reassurance) while you treat yourself to some self-care.
