“This was my first visit at this office and it was very nice. The front office staff were fabulous. Dr. Kim was wonderful. Very personable and explained lots. I did not feel rushed. I did have a small issue with the staff who sell the glasses but after I sent a review to the company I was contacted not once but twice by the office manager and Dr. Shane apologizing for the issue. They clearly take customer service to an exceptional level and I highly recommend this office for all your eye needs!”

“My ex wife passed away when my youngest daughter was 10 years old. My daughter would not sleep in her own bed and even though she slept with me she would wake up several times a night crying because she kept having bad dreams, most often was that I died and no one was there to take care of her. After 6 months of "traditional" therapy and 3 different people wanting to put her on depression medication I found Rachel, more like some higher power brought us together. After my daughters second visit, and I say visit because Rachel treated her like family not a patient, my daughter went to sleep that night in her own bed. Let me clear this up, my daughter would tell me about 9 pm that it was time to go to bed because she wouldn't go anywhere without me. The night of her second visit with Rachel it was about 930 pm when I noticed she hadn't come get me yet, I went look for her and found her sleeping in her own bed. I should also mention the first visit they got to know each other, the second visit was hypnotherapy. Unlike people who wanted to medicate my child, Rachel took the time to know my daughter and the fact that she was in mourning not depressed. With Rachel's guidance my daughter has become a happy 13 year old, yes she still has her days she misses her mom but because of Rachel she is able to understand how to use her mind and soul to see the happy things she does have in her life. I don't know where my daughter would be without Rachel and I am forever grateful for the positive changes she has made in our lives.”

“Lindsay is heaven sent. Let me start there. Then, let me ask you: do you have a complicated ailment that no one seems to be able to help you with or need help in figuring it out? Like, do you need someone who *knows* how the body and brain connect and work together? Do you consider yourself in need of someone who listens and understands what you know about your body and how it's not operating properly and can be empathetic and completely focuses on helping you get back to working right? She's your answer. I have literally been around the country looking for someone who could understand me in my frustrations and see through it and help me understand how to fix it, with the additional hands and knowledge to help. This woman is incredible. I cannot wait to get back to Reno and work with her again. She is able to see the body in ways not many can with the common sense ability to explain what's moving, and where, inside, and how to correct it, plus your breathing and mind connections. It's hard to explain, but she's got the gift. If your have something going on that's hard to explain, try Lindsay; She will understand and guide you to healthy movement. As an aside, I wasn't able to experience much of the pilates part of what she does. I can only imagine that if one would work with her on the equipment, you would not only have fun, but you'd also learn how to move the most effective and safely throughout life. Have fun. I got referred to Dr. Mindy by a patient and decided to give it a shot because I needed to get seen quickly for some issues I was experiencing. I left them a voicemail and they returned my call within 24 hours saying they could take me in the very next day!
