I went to 4 other stores but Scraps Dog Company was the only one that carried what I needed. They were so helpful unlike the big store chains that couldn't help me when I was shopping in person.

The most amazing customer service I have ever received was by Mikka & Alexa this Sunday morning. My dog suffers from horrible food allergies & his diet is very restricted, today we noticed that his bag food we had purchased was making him worse, so my husband rushed to this amazing place (where we purchased the food ) with lots of help from the cashiers we were able to exchange his food for a better suited one. I love that u guys have a program to earn free dog food by just purchasing his food. We can not thank you guys enough. Thank you for ur amazing customer service & willingness to help us find a healthier food options for our sweet baby. I will be calling ur manager tomorrow to let them know how pleased we are with u girls!!
