Painting the exterior of our house was the third painting project KAJ has done for us. The first two were interior painting. All the work is excellent, but I am particularly impressed with the exterior painting. Our house is in Palomino Valley on a hillside and exposed to a lot of wind and intense sunshine. This is the 4th time in 18 years we've had to re-paint and re-stain.
KAJ spent a lot of time evaluating the condition of the wood siding and trim and then had a paint specialist come out from Sherwin-Williams to recommend the best paint and stain to give us the results we wanted.
KAJ spent a lot of time preparing the surfaces with power washing, sanding, scraping, taping and covering the windows. The exterior painting was a combination of spraying and hand painting. The results are beautiful. Our house looks brand new and I have confidence the surface will stand up to the wind and sun.
The job site was thoroughly cleaned each day, and all the furniture, ornaments, hoses, etc were put back when the job was finished. All the guys arrived on time and worked hard and efficiently.
This is the best painting company I've ever worked with and recommend them for any painting job you may have.
