Everyone I dealt with was very kind and soft spoken. My circumstances were unusual for leaving my Mom there longer than anticipated and they never got upset or acted aggressively. They were extremely accommodating and have very, very fair prices. During this hard time they’re customer service was en pointe. Thank you Simple Crémation.
Simple cremations went way beyond to help me when my son passed away. I lived out of state and needed help with communication with the hospital. They were also very reasonable.
The staff at Simple Cremation Sparks are caring and compassionate. They conduct their business with dignity and efficiency but never lose sight of the need for tenderness.
At a time like this money can become a real issue but through simple Cremations the cost was more than reasonable they're very courteous very helpful helping you along the way with something that's really really difficult I can't think of any place else that would have been better. And it might sound a little weird but I have actually recommended them to friends who have senior parents or are seniors themselves. They made a really rough time go a little smoother and for that I can't thank them enough. I intend to make arrangements for myself so that my family won't have to worry about it at least that.
