I have been a patient of Dr. Hong for the last three years and am always amazed at her thoroughness and knowledge. Her front office staff are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Hong.
I have never had a bad experience with Dr Hong. Her staff is friendly and communicates well, she is very good at listening to her patients, and she has helped me solve several issues that were dismissed when I tried to go to the university clinic or urgent care. Highly recommend.
I've been VERY satisfied with Dr. Hong and all of her staff. And I am very picky because I am also a health care worker so I have a high expectations. Dr. Hong takes time with her patients and she listens!!! the office staff has been friendly, courteous and responsive.
