“After CVS transferred my prescriptions and dropped all the refills- several had 3 or more fills left- SaveMart saved the day. I’m a long haul trucker with rheumatoid arthritis and I was scheduled to leave town the next day. SaveMart worked with me and my three doctors to get new prescriptions entered quickly and efficiently. I had to call SaveMart several times today and not once did they make me feel like they were rushing me off the phone. Very professional! When my insurance plan changed I couldn’t use my Walgreens anymore; because I travel extensively and am on almost a dozen different medications I decided to go with CVS because they had a website. Big mistake! CVS has messed up my meds many times. The excuses, some priceless, ranged from: “We’ve never filled that here (they had filled it for the past 3 months), I’m not computer literate......(seriously?), I only remember stuff for my own family(...alrighty then), we had an update so your doctor has to send a new letter, most people use this dose (when they got the dosage wrong), -and the timeless classic- I don’t know.” Anyway that’s my review, SaveMart rocks!!”
