“Not only do I love my coffee roaster, but their availability of parts to keep it updated and their tech support teams willingness to help is top notch. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need. They were super-efficient staying on task. They completed the work in the estimated time. Jack covered the details of the new unit and he also showed me the overall installation.
