“I came in with a very dumb request: a dart set for use in an object lesson for a business presentation. that I could carry on a plane. There aren't a lot of options, but he showed me what he had, and I walked away with a very inexpensive dartboard and plastic-shaft, soft-tip darts that I was able to put in my carry on luggage with no issues. (Note: he made no assurances, nor do I, that TSA is going to always agree with this.) But no upselling, no shaming in not being interested in a more serious dartboard. Just a very pleasant buying experience.”

Joe’s got my car fix fast and right. I made it to work on time. The second time the guys at tires and plus wanted to do $1700 worth of work. I thought this was weird cause I already replaced the rotors. Joe’s saved me again they told me what needed to be fixed and not sell me stuff i didn’t need thank you so much. “I ordered two boutique cobblestone round racks for my shop and they were absolutely beautiful! Fast shipping and a great product overall. Unfortunately, at no fault to Store Supply Warehouse, the box of one of our round racks was damaged during transit and some hardware fell out and a leg to the rack was damaged. I was so distraught over how I was going to get this rack back to them but when I called it was a complete non-issue. They are shipping out a new rack for me today that I will have by tomorrow and told me not to worry about sending the damaged rack back to them. What amazing customer service!! I was completely blown away! I am so used to having to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of respect and customer service from companies when ordering items and it was incredibly refreshing to work with a company so set on customer satisfaction.
