“My water heater burst and needed it replaced. They had an estimator out the same day, I felt the price was way too high but it is was comparable to all the other phone estimates I had already gotten. Maybe labor prices are just higher in Reno than anywhere else. But the customer service was great and we decided to go with them Hawthorne because of their quick response. The service tech Nate did a great job. He was able to get to work right then. We were able to take a hot showers the next morning before work.”

“I had to go the urgent care as I had the flu. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly and then I was on my way home to rest. The facilities are clean and up to date. The only suggestion I have is maybe put a hand sanitizer station by the main door to the building. That way during cold/flu season people can help protect themselves!”
