“I can’t say enough about them! The staff is excellent, customer service amazing & awesome sense of compassion! I lost my husband to suicide & needless to say, times were tough financially. They gave me a very generous loan on his guitars & kept them safe for a very long time. When I ran into a brick wall to pay the interest, they worked with me more than once, so I didn’t loose them. I finally was able to pick them all up today & again they were so polite & 2 employees helped carry them all to my car! “We did a remodel about two years ago and it was great and reasonable. Reconfigurations to our kitchen were drawn out for us to see and approve, flooring was also installed in our home. The cabinets were quality and beautiful. The installer was amazing and we use him still for side projects. The lady we worked with has a British accent and we felt did a good job. They were supposed to come out and take final photos but never did. But overall things were done well and it was quality work. The installers are contracted out not their employees. I had tile and granite counters installed by a different company and the installers communicated well with each other.”
