I was told it was ok and seen once with my new plan. After that the office manager said "we dont accept that plan". I'm now having to seek a new physician, which is difficult due to my work schedule and I did not want to as I've been with Swanson for so many years. Thanks for nothing "office manager". It is obvious that patient loyalty means nothing to you.”

“I did not enjoy my experience. Never book in the summer time. They don't have an A/C, and the fans they provided weren't strong enough to cool the unit. They didn't help us when my dad misunderstood the map, and accidentally got the unit with three flights of stairs. My mother can't walk well and had problems with the stairs. We tried to get the street level unit with the smaller staircase but they wouldn't help us. I do like this place, but maybe not in the summer.”
