“Just had my first visit, and actually my first visit in several years, and I have to say that I really appreciate the time they take to talk to you and to understand what's going on. The staff is very attentive. (There is a sort of long wait, for those who may complain of this, but I have no problem with that. As with any doctors visit, always plan ahead as wait times are always long.) Because it was my first time having a check up, Dr. Spoon was very good at letting me know what was going to happen, why they were doing it, and made me feel very comfortable. “Dr. Tsai is a very caring doctor and has never treated me like just another patient (some just want to hurry and finish with you and get on to the next). He takes the time to answer any questions I may have but he also isn't one with a big ego who claims to know everything. Sometimes that runs him a bit behind time-wise but he has also come in early for something I needed. He is patient with my son who has a disability. His office is close enough to the Buffalo Campus of Opportunity Village so I can get my son to his appointment and back to work easily. The is friendly, good and, unlike some, do return phone calls. I have been seeing him for about years and, obviously, think highly of him.”

“I was staying at the Luxor when my toe turned dark purple with yellow pus coming out from under the toenail. I googled to find a Podiatrist close to the strip and found Dr Louk is right on the strip and will come to my hotel. I was afraid I had waited too long to have this looked at, but Dr Louk assured me that he's seen much worse and this was an easy fix. Dr Louk brought everything with him: sterile instruments, antibiotic pills, ice pack, and gauze and self adhesive wrap for tomorrow. Dr Louk told me to keep the foot elevated for one hour, but as soon as he left I went back down to the black jack table. I never did have any pain.”

“I am a patient in the office now waiting to see Dr Salibi , waiting room is always full , and sometimes the wait is alittle long , but he is worth the wait , he takes his time and leaves no question unanswered, his staff is AMAZING , Ive sat and watched and listened while waiting to see Dr Salibi, the front office girls are very professional and are ALWAYS very sweet and pleasant ..my hat does go off to them for at times some patients can be very difficult ,but the front desk always has and keeps a smile on her face , knowledgeable in all areas , in all I rate 4 stars”
