As a new patient he took the time to read through three years of previous doctors visits, test results, etc. line by line with both of us - taking the time to explain everything and made sure we understood. On the other hand his front desk staff is very rude, they don't follow up well with paper work. They should fax some forms to my work place for my FMLA but they just forgot to do it. They treated me like they were doing me a favor.”
