I just recently bought a $1200 TV from this store and today I was in there looking at home audio systems and noticed that the TV I had just purchased three days ago was now on sale for $980! Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, I'll make the drive up to this store. Even the door greeters at this store appear to be enjoying their job as opposed to the South Reno store. Keep up the good work!”

Be warned though, due to covid, their supplies are very limited or they are completely out of controllers or headsets. But if they don't have something, they will do everything in their power to help you out. If they can't, they will at least contact other stores or look up a store that may have what you're looking for. Been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad time.”

“I needed new wiper blades but had no idea what I was looking for. The gentleman at the front desk could tell and chimed in to let me know they can search their database to tell me exactly what I need. They had the wipers I needed, I needed two different kinds but they had a buy one get one free deal so that was very convenient (note that this doesn’t sound like a year-round deal and may not be the same for everyone). They also went the extra mile of putting them on for me and even let me know I put my old ones on backwards while showing me the proper way to install them. When the gentleman was done installing them he took the old ones back with him to dispose of without me even saying anything. The whole process maybe took 10 minutes and barely cost $20. That’s about as ideal of an experience as I could ask for.”
