“I have been there a few times for laser removal and facial acne treatment. At my first consultation, I was stressed about the idea of doing a laser removal. I asked all my questions to Zully (ask for her, she is the best) who takes time to explain me everything. The laser was affordable compared to the other place in Las Vegas. Plus, NOT PAINFUL AT ALL! Also, it was so quick that you cannot even realize you are doing it. On some area, I have seen an improvement after the 1st treatment, whereas for others it takes more treatment to notice an improvement. Overall, I will say it takes 6 to 7 seances to removes it all. You can go to Maya Medical Spa, they are running an honest business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I am editing my review just two weeks after this initial post from 1 star to 4 stars! I was a bit desperate and decided to try one more time. I left a message with out much hope of getting a return call! Well, to my surprise, I received a call back the next day and was able to get a telamed/telahealth visit not too soon after. The NP (Abby) that did the call, was great. She took her time with me, answered every question and had me referred to 6 specialists with referrals faxed the next day! I did express my frustration and was told that with COVID they had difficulty finding and keeping someone to answer the phones and return messages. I’m quite sure that they didn’t get any of mine! Anyway, if you can, please give them another chance! Original Review: They don't even deserve this one star! I too have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 months. I have left countless messages when the voicemail didn't cut me off and have never received a call back. I decided to try again and there is a new message stating that they are "telehealth" only. I still have not received a call back. Thank goodness my condition is not critical. Beyond poor customer service!!!”
