“I have had many fibroids in my uterus and it’s like 3 months pregnant size of uterus. That began to cause other symptoms like pain in lower back, tailbone and hip joints. Also I had unpleasant mood swings. I began to practice body and brain yoga diligently following guidance from the instructor at center. Wow, my condition got so much better. I don’t go to bathroom as often as before, my pain in lower back and hip joints are so much better, and tailbone pain is gone. Also I don’t have much mood swings. Now I can manage my body and emotions a lot better through this practice and I feel great and happy. I highly recommend this yoga!”
