“Dr. Kiener saved my life. There is no other way to say it. He properly diagnosed my condition AND knew the likelihood of Medicare paying it, he said the odds were 97% and he was right. He had to really convince me to have surgery because I was afraid of the expense because we are retired. During surgery he found I had been bleeding and there was a lot of fluid inside. The thing is he KNEW that when he first met me! He has a ton of experience and I benefited tremendously from it.
