“The doctors and staff here go above and beyond. More than once they have worked me in last minute when I had issues with small debris in my eye. From the doctors to the front desk staff everyone has been amazing for years. I even had an issue where I broke both my prescription glasses and sunglasses and had to do the warranty replacement. Well some may find annoying that replacing lenses after damaging frames can take time I appreciate how thorough they are here to make sure everything is properly fit. Even more impressive was when there was a back order issue from the manufacturer the office gave me a pair of loaner frames at no cost just to help me out. Additionally they're communication is excellent as they gave me regular updates as to what was going on when there were issues with my warranty replacement. I highly recommend getting the warranty for your glasses as they will replace the lenses if you get the anti-scratch coverage and they get scratched anyways. I'm quite rough on my glasses and have used the coverage so many times with zero issues or cost. As far as insurance goes, I have what I consider bad/ cheap insurance, as I had to go and purchase it myself, and I've never had any issues here. The staff is great about making sure they know exactly what they can do for me and what my cost will be so there are no surprises. Also the doctors here are always learning about the newest latest and greatest for everything involving your eyes. They have a great range of frames and lens options as well so that you can truly take care of your eyes.”

I was having problem with a tooth implant that bothered me for three years -- my gums were so inflamed and the tooth gave me so much discomfort. Found out that Precision Dental can help me so I made an appointment. They do all kinds of work at this facility, and if they need to do an implant, they bring in a specialist. But for the most part, they do everything else. So happy to go to one place for all my dental needs. Very impressed with the people and the operation -- very busy, but people take time to greet clients, Everyone is friendly, helpful and personable. They treat their patients with kindness, understanding and respect. And they all seem to genuinely like working there and working with each other. The work environment appears to be a very happy one, and it shows. I don't want to single out just one person, because everyone I met was wonderful. The facility is super clean, very well appointed and cheerful. All their equipment is top of the line. Even having x-rays taken was a breeze with a minimum of discomfort. Their communications method is quick and precise; follow ups on appointment, confirmation, and alerting me when they've got a room ready for me. Can't find a single thing I would change.
