“I can see some places still operate with that post covid-19 customer service. I went here to pick up a few items and before I could even get in the door good I was bombarded with questions like, "can we give you a basket?', "can we help you find anything?"... They make you feel like a valued customer late at night when you are one of seven customers in the entire store. I really shouldn't write this review until I've gone in when they are really busy. Because that's when you see how the real customer service holds up. However, I did have to make note of the fact that if there are very few people there, that's probably the best time to get all the attention you want.”

Randy got our pellet stove to us super fast (while everyone else was MONTHS out) and Ricky had a hell of a time because of a tough install at our place. Even with that difficulty, they were nothing but nice. Randy accidentally under quoted the install by $268 AND WOULDNT EVEN LET ME PAY FOR THE OVERAGE!! HE ATE THE $268 and refused to let me cover it. Unheard of these days. Incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with, look nowhere else for your needs. “We decided to reface our 46 year-old cabinets. We try to support our local businesses whenever possible so we decided to have WE Kitchens come out and give us a quote. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen process we were completely pleased. Kayla was our salesperson and very helpful and very patient with us as we kept going back and forth on colors and what-not. Jose and Russel were our installers and I cannot say enough about them and how professional they were. They were on time, they were respectful of our home, they worked hard all day and they did an amazing job. There were a couple of spots that I wasn't happy with and I pointed them out to Jose and he corrected them right away - no questions asked. My kitchen looks brand new and I could not be happier. I would recommend WE Kitchens to anyone who is looking to reface their cabinets. I went with the Thermafoil cabinets. It's a wonderful product. When you reface with WE Kitchens, you get all new cabinets and drawers. The frame is what is refaced. We have several more projects that we have had WE Kitchens come out and measure for and I look forward to using them again in the very near future. He stole some items and walked out like nothing. The cashier couldn't do anything but looked, which shocked me. Also the price has gone up to $1.25 now instead of $1.”

“Eddie is the most talented in upholstery that we've ever met! He is so knowledgeable. We did a remodel of our kitchen and thought up the idea of having a booth with a swing. Well, we called Eddie and he made it happen in a week or two. The booth is better quality than any restaurant booth and holds up against the daily abuse of my kids. I recommend that everyone build a booth and that Eddie upholster it!”
