“Nevada Treatment Center/Nevada Care Center is the actual name of this place, & I wish there was a more accurate posting for it here on Google Maps, because it's by far the best treatment center I've ever been to. It is a 3-story building, Methadone & Suboxone treatment for opiate addiction is just ONE of the many services they offer here. They also deal with mental health issues & have many wonderful counselors, doctors, psychiatrists, & nursing staff. So if you ARE an addict, they'll also help you deal with any underlying mental health problems you may be facing, such as anxiety & depression. For me that was the missing puzzle piece. I have been on methadone for over 5years, & while I did manage to quit using heroin at my old clinic, everything else in my life remained pretty much stagnant for the 5years I was there. I realize much of that was my fault, because you get out what you put in, but the counselors there just didn't ever really try to connect with me or give me the little push I needed to succeed. It was just a 5-10 minute check-in session once a month & that's all I ever heard from them. Plus, whenever I DID start to feel comfortable with a counselor & start to open up, she'd quit or transfer & I'd get stuck with someone new. In the not even 2 months since I've switched to Nevada Treatment Center, my life has already started to change for the better. My counselor helps me work on REAL issues that will benefit my life, & actually listens to what I have to say. ALL the staff here make you feel like they WANT to see you succeed, you're not just another name on their case-load & it is SO refreshing. I'd advise anyone who is serious about their recovery to try this methadone clinic first. Don't waste 5years someplace where you're just a dollar sign like I did.”

“I've been using these guys for well over a year now, after losing my insurance and not being able to pay Walgreen's extortionist prices. Despite the fact that they are extremely low-tech (really no-tech), I can't imagine ever going anywhere else in the future, insurance or not. Despite the fact that sometimes I miss being able to request refills and check my prescriptions online, I've found something else that I forgot existed - great personalized service and real people! Yes, I have to call them and speak to someone every time I need a refill. I don't believe they even have a phone option to plug in your Rx number. But, I get to speak to a real live person! They've greeted me by name and knew what I was there for from the second time I picked up a prescription. I was almost floored that they remembered me, since I had to tell Walgreen's my name every time, even after 5 years. They know I'm a cash patient and have done everything they can to make my prescriptions affordable - I've never had to give them a goodrx or other discount number. I've had issues with every pharmacy I've ever used - it's bound to happen. Walmart in every state is a disaster - I don't even bother anymore - and others either take longer than they quote (not always their fault), or continually run out of medications I fill every month, sending me scrambling to find an affordable option nearby. They don't even bother calling you to tell you they're out - I've shown up well after the time they said it would be ready only to find out it couldn't be filled at all with no warning. Then I have the option of going without necessary medication for a day or two, or being really late to work bc I have to call around to see if it's in stock and affordable, then drive to another pharmacy and wait at least 45 minutes to fill. I haven't had A SINGLE HICCUP with Savemart. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and always have my medications in stock. My prescriptions are ALWAYS ready when (or before) they tell me they'll be ready for pickup. If I have a problem, like being stuck in San Diego when my prescription is due, they help me resolve it. I've also seen the same people every time since I've been going there. Other pharmacies seem to have a much higher turnover rate, which means less personal service. It also says something about the company if they can't keep good people for more than a few months, and more mistakes happen when there are new employees constantly. I'm confused about the review that says they got knockoff medication - I've been on all of my medications for many, many more years than I've been going to Save Mart, and I've never had an issue with the quality or noticed they don't work as well as in the past. That includes any pain medication I've had to fill. TLDR; Great service and great prices - the kind of personal service you forgot existed since the dawn of the internet.”

“I visited Vons Pharmacy for a vaccine appointment. It is located inside Von's in the back. Very neat, clean, organized. No masks required. I didn't have to book an appointment for this vaccine since they had just received a shipment. The receptionist at check in was friendly and helpful. After check in I sat in the section next to the pharmacy for the technician. There was a couple ahead of me. The wait was about 30 minutes from check in. The technician was excellent. She wore a mask and plastic face shield. The shot didn't hurt at all. I received a 10% Von's shopping coupon which was a bonus.”

“I have been to this McDonald's a few times.. yeah I know, not the healthiest but I always have a nice interaction. I watched staff and management be cursed at and belittled for taking too long when come to find out they had 7 call outs. The staff that was present was running from front to back non stop and I waited a while but I never saw them slow down once. I couldn't believe the pressure they were under. Then hearing the way they were treated by customers was appalling. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I can only imagine having customers treat you so poorly and not realize how hard you are really working. The employees present that night were doing the job of at least triple the people but don't get paid 3 times as much. They are always pleasant and I appreciate that. I waited for 1 minute and the girl at the window checked in 3 times apologizing for the wait. Definitely some great workers at this location. Thank you”
