“Antonio was on time, personable, Highly professional. We have an unusual toilet set-up, where the tank part of the toilet is built under a ledge, and the chain from the toilet handle had come undone. I, of course, attempted to fix it and had -0- Luck. I called Dignify (From Google search) they answered right away, scheduled me as soon as they were able. Antonio our service rep was FABULOUS, and literally had the handle repaired in minutes! He was awesome, and had all the parts he thought he may need with him, just in case (I loved the “pro-active” thinking). I will call Dignity Plumbing any time I get a plumbing opportunity, AND recommend them to anyone who is in need.
