Including a Kombucha Keg.. like what! It was nice to see the amenities and I am excited for when they open again.. I totally understand the office as they strive to keep all residents safe and happy during this pandemic. I honestly could see myself living any of the floor plans as they are all open and inviting. Did I mention that there is a lake and mountain view?? But with Valley View at WellTower they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 is because all apartments have their issues and no apartment is perfect. However, at Valley View at WellTower, they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 for them is because I like the customer service and the staff is so nice. Teresa, goes above and beyond to help as well as Yasmin. We have a little trouble with getting in contact with them at times, but I believe that’s mainly because of COVID-19 and them being so busy. “Priced out of the market, older homes in need of major remodel at 500,000 not my cup of tea! Inventory homes in Las Vegas very hit and miss and usually end up in a bidding war, again not my style. Actually had a brand new home built but the construction quality and building mistakes were over whelming; we backed out 1 week before closing and ended our home buying experience. Ina was nice and fun to work with, that said I don't blame any realator for the lack of inventory; it is just the way the market is every where!
