“Parts Dept was great. I needed a wheel lock key because mine was lost. It took like 2 minutes, the guy came outside with me with a master box of keys and the 1st one he tried fit and was the correct key. I actually called Henderson NIssan 1st and the guy acted like I was nuts for asking. He said they don't sell them and would have to have the old ones removed in their service dept at an unknown cost and buy new ones. I mean really? Then I went to AutoNation Nissan and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with the key.”

“Five stars for coffee. The foamiest cappuccino and the creamiest latte I've ever had. I had to get seconds with the lavender latte and fiance got the spiced mocha, both were amazing. The spiced mocha was not too chocolatey so the spices really came out without being overpowering. Also my breakfast empanadas were delicious, but the breakfast burrito was really nothing to write home about.”

“This is by far the best storage facility anywhere up and down the Charleston Blvd and Red Rock area. Jenny and Jeff are far superior at running a safe, clean and friendly compound. It is sealed off by 20 foot concrete walls and a heavy duty iron gate. Your junk will be really safe here. I know that for a fact because I was a great customer for about 5 months before I had to return to New York. The storage lockers are climate controlled in the section of the facility where I was a resident. The drive up units are so easy to get to. Even though there is plenty of beautiful bright sunshine, they provide a brilliant 120 volt lightbulb on the ceiling. It operates on a very handy timer switch. You get your own customized security password for keypad entry. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to everybody that I know. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT ... If you are coming to town from east of the Mississippi River, then please bring Jeff samples of all the good beers that we have in New York. He especially likes that good wheat beer but I can't remember the name of it, so call in advance to find out. Thank you. Stay healthy.”

He dealt with us honestly from start to finish and I would recommend buying an RV from him 10 times out 10. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. We purchased an RV from him and it took awhile to get because of COVID. Also the unit was very in demand and the price went up while we were waiting for the unit to come in, and he made sure the price we saw on Day 1 was honored. So that was incredibly awesome. Tony Romero has excellent customer service skills, is very communicative, and he made what could have been a stressful experience end up being a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall staff at this facility is for the most part just incredible. We were fortunate to work with people who were kind, informative, educational, etc. We were first time RV buyers so having this type of experience was really great, they made sure that we were pointed in the right direction and we were given a basic education about how to get started with maintenance, things to know, etc. We really appreciated every part of the experience and we will definitely go back!!”
