“Excellent service! I stumbled upon Jacobi's when I was in the area during October 2018 (and it kept slipping my mind to post a review), and I was treated with such kindness. I was in town for my sister's wedding, and I forgot my dress shoes at home in Michigan! When I stumbled upon Jacobi's, I was going through an emotionally challenging situation (carrying all of my possessions that were with me on my back, including my dress clothes), and I told Mr. Jacobi that I needed some shoes. As his product was out of my price range at the time (affordable in general, though) I was straight forward with him about this. He then offered me a generous deal simply out of kindness; I graciously accepted. The kindness didn't stop there, though, as Mr. Jacobi then offered to properly hang my dress clothes on their hangers and then offered protective plastic for the clothes so that they wouldn't get dirty as I walked down the street. Overall, Mr. Jacobi is a kind person that offers fantastic dresswear (I absolutely LOVE the shoes that I got), and some of the best service I have ever received. Highly recommend him for any dress attire needs.”

“This is a great store for the price point. The girls, junoirs, womens clothing, shoes & accessories are all usually super cute but at a very,very, affordable price. The only drawbacks are the locations are horrible, and the exchange policy is not fantastic. But that's most likely why the prices are so low. I really wish they had stores in some nicer areas. Their best location at this time is meadows mall. They do offer online shopping, and exchanges or returns available at the store. If the stores were in nicer areas I may have given them a 5 star, because the store is ment to be affordable for all.”
