“Love this place. Staff is always friendly and takes the time to listen to customer needs . I’ve only once hated the bud tender who gave off the I know everything vibe but for the most part everyone is super welcoming and willing to give you the best products bundled for the best price. The delivery drivers are great if your needing to have items delivered. Super respectful and follow all instructions upon arriving to the property. They are consistent about communicating arrivals as well. ( please don’t forget to tips these guys!!) overall place is excellent . That goes for the parking attendants as well who are the very first interaction upon arriving on site. They also offer curbside if that’s whatbyou need.”

“My parents and I were on our way back to our car when I walked by this store, looked in the window, and fell in love. What did I fall in love with? A doll in a high chair. I had to know how much she cost. Inside we found a wonderful store owned by two of the nicest people I've ever met. They had just recently opened. There's so many pretty things in the store that I wish I had more cash on me, but I'm happy to say the owners gave me an awesome deal on both the doll and the highchair. I'm so glad they decided to open a store in my favorite city in the world. You can't go wrong by stopping in and seeing their selection and talking to the owners. It has the best bagels and lox that I’ve eaten outside of Long Island. They have a special that has two bagels as well as enough lox and other toppings for two people, and it’s totally worth sharing, or ordering to yourself if you’re really hungry. They also had delicious sandwiches with really modular customizability. We had a little bit of a wait during the weekend brunch rush, so consider a wait before you go!”

After a few days of dialing 611 and getting nowhere, I decide to go into the store. We were having trouble retrieving some information on my son's account. The email was set up incorrectly and we could not get the new pin. I was super frustrated with 611!!! However, Mike to the time to listen to all of our concerns, and rather than rushing us out of the store. Mike helped us with the call to customer service, He stayed on the line with us and helped correct everything. “Been using them 10 years, overall positive & the team does their best. I've known Angela the whole time and these bad reviews about her aren't reflective of my experience. She makes the effort to know her customers and I know she cares. Even had one time a guy in line collapse and go into a seizure, while waiting for paramedics we restrained him and kept him from hurting himself. She knew him and was an emotional wreck worried about him. Negative encounters I have are usually due to a supplier or tech problem like not getting my kid's inhaler for 3 months or text notification problems, not something to blame this location for.”

“Took our daughter here for her birthday June 8th so she can get a few items. The store is kinda small, but had just enough for her to try on. Behind the counter are tons of album covers from Van Halen to the Doors, Led Zeppelin and others. Stained glass adorns either side of the back wall and a quote from Jimi Hendrix is on another wall. Clothing is nice and soft according to the kiddo. She was happy and that's all that matters for her 10th birthday.”
