Now on the other hand, I bought a Bruno ASL-275 Out-Sider lift for my Jeep on their online store and that only gets a 2 star rating as I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the lift to be delivered to the service dept. and this is unacceptable. The service dept. manager is working with me now to find out what's going on & I have faith she will do all that she can to get this finally moving forward. Bottom line. Buy from the dealership directly, do not buy from the online store, too much red tape apparently.”
