“We needed wood look tile for our shower remodel but our contractor had trouble finding it. I took matters into my own hands and called Versatile at 9am on a Tuesday. They said they could order it, and have it to us by Friday, which would delay our project by a day or two. After placing the order, they called back a few hours later and said it would be on the next mornings truck. I was skeptical, but sure enough less than 24hrs after placing the order we had our tile in hand and our project was able to continue on schedule. Great customer service!
