“Met Dr. Yang while my mom was in the hospital for a drug mishap. He became her Dr. by accident...the best accident that could have happened. He is thorough and serious, but also kind and willing to explain everything he is doing. His office is run like a tight ship...punctual and spotless! His assistant was very friendly and helpful as was his staff;something you don’t see much of around LV. But the icing on the cake was that his referral to another specialist ended us with another outstanding physician in Vegas. “Being an Avis Preferred Plus member my review might be biased, but my experience with this location was smooth and pleasant. You need to get on a shuttle bus from the airport to get to this rental center, and if you have the Preferred status you can skip the long line and get to a separate office located on the first floor. I was out in the Mitsubishi Outlander within 5 minutes of arrival. Return was smooth as well. Absolutely no issues, I would use them again.”

“I went to the Sparks Nevada regional FedEx center for individual customer service on a product that had been mis addressed by the shipper. The facility is huge! I was overwhelmed. The signs indicated to call the phone number with your tracking number and they would deliver the package to you in the parking lot. I was suspicious of this after leaving the voice message. So I investigated by going in the door for employees and asking them about waiting as a legitimate strategy to receive my package. I was very pleasantly surprised that both the individual managing the entry and the security guards very personal and responsive customer service to me. The security gate individual called the quality assurance person to arrange tracking my package The security guard indicated the QA fellow was awaiting my phone call. I called and he said give him a few minutes and he'll find my package. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the security guard came out and asked if I had heard back that he should have already addressed my package. Once again, a pleasant surprise at his awareness of my requests. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the individual searching for my package. Which frankly, I couldn't believe they'd be able to find in a facility that large. It turned out my patience was just a bit lacking because they had turned it over to a different FedEx delivery service and it will show up tomorrow at the local FedEx retail location here in Carson City . I was pleasantly surprised at each interaction with three different employees collaborating to provide excellent customer service. Great work FedEx!”

“Dr. Chris Robey was fantastic providing me the physical and mental help I needed to overcome an Achilles injury during my marathon training. In 20 minutes over the phone he was able to teach me how to keep my body in check for the most crucial part of a persistent -- but slight -- injury that would have me out for a few days. Chris has got to be the most thorough doctor, which is the best quality to me when it comes to health.
